Kenyarcher Care exists as a CQC approved Healthcare provider. Our services range from Domiciliary Care, Supported Living to Temporary Staffing Solutions. We also provide 360-degree staffing solutions to Small and Medium-Scale Enterprises within the Health and Social Care and Education sectors of the United Kingdom.

We pride ourselves with being able to provide excellent temporary staffing to our ever-increasing clientele organisations including Nursing Homes, Care Homes, Care Agencies, Children’s Homes, and other related organisations within London and across the United Kingdom.

Our Recruitment Process

We ensure that all our staff are compliant without question before they are employed by us. We continue their professional development and training with our qualified Training providers and Assessors to meet regulatory standards and requirements. Upon confirmation of registration all staff are shadowed, monitored and supervised prior to working with our clients and client organisations.

Our staff are then issued with their company handbook, which explains policies & procedures, uniform and their ID badge, which they will carry at all times. Thereafter all staff are monitored and supervised on an ongoing basis and are required to undergo annual appraisals. Likewise, we also check changes in circumstances including student status changes, and visa checks where applicable.

• Completed registration (application) form accompanied by a detailed CV
• Minimum of 2 professional satisfactory references
• 5 year minimum work history including gaps in employment and reasons for leaving past employers
• Evidence of qualifications
• Full record of Interview
• Copy of immigration status and Visa (if applicable)
• Proof of Identity, plus proof of National Insurance Number
• Enhanced DBS (CRB)
